I made a booking but I didn’t receive a confirmation?

You can resend the confirmation email by clicking on my eXp icon on the header of the sabchalo page > clicking on your booked experience > clicking on the email button on the top side > entering your email address and sending the email confirmation of your experience to your email ID.

Or you can report this issue by clicking the menu icon on the header > help center > report a problem > submit request.
