Can I send an invitation to any person or multiple persons to be my companion on sabchalo?

Yes, you can invite any person or multiple people with their email ID.
You can do this by clicking on the menu icon on the header of the home page > companions > invite companions > insert email ID.

Or you can do this by clicking on the menu icon on the header of the home page > profile > companions > invite companions > insert email ID.

Or you can click the share button on the header of the sabchalo homepage > companions tab > invite companions > insert email ID.
