I made a booking for things to do but haven’t received a confirmation email. what should I do?

if you haven't received a confirmation email after making a booking, check your spam or junk folder as it may have been filtered there. You can resend the confirmation email by clicking on my eXp icon on the header of the sabchalo page > clicking on your booked experience > clicking on the email button on the top side > entering your email address and sending the email confirmation of your experience to your email id. Still, you haven't received the confirmation mail.

Or You can report this issue by clicking the menu icon on the header > help center > report a problem > submit request.
